Matlab On Fedora Core

The following links may be useful if you're installing or using Matlab on Linux, esp Fedora:

http://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/data/1-1IF4XK.html?solution=1-1IF4XK

A workaround if you can't get MATLAB to run:

(Assuming MATLAB is installed in /opt/matlab)

`sed -i 's/XINERAMA/FAKEEXTN/g' /opt/matlab/sys/java/jre/glnx86/jre1.5.0/lib/i386/xawt/libmawt.so`
